Meet Our Owner, Joe Cantu
Joe Cantu is a Photojournalism graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. Joe began his more than 35-year career in Corpus Christi, Texas, as a local TV news film cameraman, reporter, and 16mm film editor.

In 1980, he joined the staff of NBC News NY, which included assignments in Mexico City, London, Europe, the Middle East, Central America, and South America. After two years and 37 countries, Joe came home to Texas and opened texas world television.

Today, Joe continues as the lead Producer, Director, Director of Photography, and Editor for twtv. He is very hands-on and ensures that twtv consistently delivers excellent work. Joe's fluency in Spanish also provides ease of production on assignments in Mexico, Central America, and South America.
